Everything above is wedding pricing. The rest is quoted, because a two-hour company happy hour and an all-day festival stage are not the same job. Here is what most people spend with us, and exactly what moves the number.

Pricing Questions
How much does a wedding DJ cost in Columbus, Ohio? +
Experiences start at $3,000 for The Real Mix Experience, $3,500 for The Real Show Experience, and $4,000 for The Real Spectacle Experience. Most couples land around $3,500 once they add something like uplighting or a photo booth. Pricing is flat-rate, not hourly, so the night doesn't end on a clock.
What's included in your wedding DJ experiences? +
All three tiers include ceremony audio, cocktail hour, reception coverage, real mixing, professional MC, and modern sound + dance-floor lighting. The Real Show Experience adds full-room uplighting and the LED party sticks. The Real Spectacle Experience adds the dancing-on-a-cloud effect and a handheld CO2 cannon. Cold sparks are an add-on with any experience.
Do you offer reception-only wedding DJ pricing? +
Yes. Every experience includes ceremony audio and cocktail hour, but if you don't need anything from us for the ceremony or cocktail hour, it's $500 off whichever experience you pick. If you still want mics or sound for the ceremony, the full experience covers it.
How much is the retainer to book a wedding DJ? +
30% of the total experience price, paid at signing. That's what actually locks the date. The second 30% is due about six months out, and the final 40% is due seven days before the wedding.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Payments are split 30 / 30 / 40 across the booking timeline, so you're never paying everything at once. The 30% retainer at signing has to be paid in full though. That's the lock-in. After that, the remaining payments stretch across the planning timeline.
Are there any hidden fees or travel charges? +
No hidden fees. The experience price covers Central Ohio venues without a travel charge. If your venue is further out, we'll quote the travel separately up front so there are no surprises.
Do you offer discounts for weekday or off-season weddings? +
We don't run public discounts. Weekday and off-season dates (typically November through March, excluding NYE) are easier to book, so if your date is flexible reach out and we can talk through what works.
Can we add services after booking? +
Yes. Uplighting, photo booth (with optional unlimited prints), audio guestbook, monogram projection, cold sparks, even live musicians (sax, strings, piano, guitar) alongside your DJ. Add-ons can be added up until about a month before the wedding. After that, anything that needs production prep gets harder to fit in.
Do you offer photo booth and DJ as a bundle? +
The open-air photo booth is an add-on, not bundled in. $400 on top of any DJ experience. One vendor, one contract, one point of contact on the wedding day.
