LogieBear Sound & Lighting is a pro-to-pro rental shop. We rent to the people who show up to events for a living. DJs covering an oversized room, venues plugging a hole in their in-house AV, planners and production companies sourcing for one-offs.

We don't walk you through how to plug in a subwoofer or what an XLR is. You know your gear, you know your setup, you just need the box for the night. That's the trade we're set up for.

What's Available to Rent

PA and Sound Systems

Powered speakers and subs for indoor or outdoor setups, sized by room and guest count. Pair them with your own mixer or controller.

Wireless Microphones

Solo or paired wireless handhelds for ceremonies, panels, toasts, and MC work. Clean handoffs, no dropouts.

Event Lighting and Uplighting

Color uplighting and accent fixtures for venue washes, accent color, and mood shifts. DMX-controllable for anyone bringing their own board.

Who We Rent To

For DJs and AV Techs

Backup gear for the night, supplemental speakers and subs for a bigger room than your rig handles, or extra wireless mics for ceremony plus reception. Same-day pickup available when something fails the morning of.

For Venues and Event Spaces

On-call PA, mics, and uplighting for ceremonies, breakouts, and overflow rooms when your in-house AV needs reinforcement or a temporary second system.

For Planners and Production Companies

Coordinators and production teams source from us for one-off events, multi-room layouts, and venues without permanent AV. Quoted by the day or the weekend.

How Rentals Work

  1. 1. Send us the basics. Date, indoor or outdoor, room or guest count, and what gear you're plugging it into. Sizing and compatibility, that's all we need.
  2. 2. Quote and contract. Written quote and a short rental agreement. Deposit holds the gear for your date.
  3. 3. Pickup or delivery. Grab it from us, or we drop it off. Setup and teardown by your team. Delivery only on the gear, not the labor.
  4. 4. Return. Bring it back, or we collect it. Final balance settles after return.
